Dr. Cason Morrisette Quinn is Board Qualified in Foot and Reconstructive/Rearfoot and Ankle (RRA) Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

In June 2018, she graduated from the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA) at New York-Presbyterian/Queens, Flushing, New York.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Bonaventure University, Olean, New York, in 2008; a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University, Miami Shores, Florida, in 2010; and a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in 2014.

During her four-year surgical residency, she received extensive training in Reconstructive Surgery, Trauma, and Ankle Arthroscopy. She was also involved in research, serving as primary investigator and contributor, and has been published in peer-reviewed journals. A continuing research interest includes improvement of patient functional outcomes after traumatic injuries.

Dr. Quinn has been the recipient of various academic honors, including a Barry University award for Outstanding Biomechanics/Orthopedics, and was inducted into the National Pi Delta Podiatry Honors Society in 2014. She is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association (FPMA).

Dr. Quinn was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She attended high school in Richmond, Virginia, where she participated in various academic, athletic, and community service activities, including four years in track & field and cross country. During her second year at St. Bonaventure, she ran for the Division I Women’s Cross Country team.

When not working, Dr. Quinn enjoys spending time with her husband and cooking.
